Created in 2002, NOAA Sea Grant’s web design was designed to establish the scope and range of the federal Sea Grant office through its 300 campus departments created buy the Sea Grant Charter. Sea Grant’s charter is to save/protect our shores and shoreline environments, an extremely underfunded issue at the time.
